I Peter 5:7 • Greek order and translation- “All the anxieties of yours, casting onto Him, for His object of care is you.”
“All” is emphatic… God is greatly concerned about your life in every area big and small
Anxiety • From the Greek word merimnaw(merimnao). • Meaning- distracting anxiety– dividing your attention.
He cares for you • Cares- from the Greek word melei (melei). • Meaning…The object of care. • Especially care based upon forethought and interest. • You are the object of God's care. • You are NEVER in it alone.
Psalm 55:22 Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you;
