  3. Qualifications • Valid West Virginia teaching certificate • Proper endorsements as required • Job Description for Kanawha County Schools

  4. Responsibilities • Individual Intervention Strategies • Connect students and parents with Community Resource Programs • Mentor/Mentee Program • Monitor Credit Recovery • Monthly meetings • Partnerships with community • Personalized Education Plan (PEP) • Individualized Education Plan (IEP) • Track student progress through school staff • Collaborate with staff • Formative/Summative Evaluations of program
