  2. Scene size up • As first arriving unit on scene, it’s the sole responsibility of the unit to give other units and dispatch an quick, and accurate report of the scene. There are several factors to consider. What strategy will you take? What resources will you need? We all know how to give an on scene disposition. Without micro-managing units, give an on-scene report of the following scenarios.
