WHEN, WHO AND WHAT? • Our school dates back from 1978. • It is pretty big: 645 students and 67 teachers. • Branches of learning taught at the school: Compulsory Secondary Education(E.S.O = Educación Secudaria Obligatoria) for 12-13 year-olds to 15-16 year-olds, Sixth Form (Bachillerato) for 16-17 year-olds to 17-18 year-olds and Professional Training (ITC- Computering) for both teenagers and adults.

  5. Our school is situated on the north side of the city next to a beautiful boulevard covered with palm-trees that leads to the seaside in a half-an-hour down-hill walk.

  6. I.E.S. AL-ANDALUS FACILITIESOur school’s facilities include: classrooms with digital boards, classrooms with computers, a gym, laboratories, multisport courts, a reception, a snack bar, A library, a staff room, a garden, a playground, an organic garden with seasonal produce and an auditorium.
