This paper presents a study on the integrated core-pedestal SOL modelling for the H-Mode ITER scenario, specifically focusing on the inclusion of impurities such as Be, C, and W. The paper compares core parameters, impurity distribution, and fluxes between simulations conducted with COREDIV and JETTO. It also explores the effects of impurities on fusion performance and divertor loads in scenarios with different pedestal heights.

Future work 1. Modification of COREDIV to include heat and particle sources and transport from more advanced core simulations (JETTO, ...) 2. Effect of Be, He, W on fusion performance and divertor loads in scenarios with different pedestal height: - tolerable impurity concentration / transport? - impact on divertor?
