  2. Jan-Feb 2008 • Working Committee • planning of activities for 2008 • Sportsfest 2008 Kick-off Meeting • joint activity with the Brgy. Dolores SK Council • Annual 2nd Collection • February 16-17 • as stated in the encyclical letter from the Archdiocese • Revamping of Bulletin Board • for publicity and information dissemination purposes • Parts of the Holy Mass • a short lecture headed by the Formation Youth Group to re-orient and encourage more participation from the youth during the celebration of the Holy Mass.

March 2008 • 4th Archdiocesan Grand Taize • Juventus participation • March 1 at the University of the Assumption Gymnasium • Holy Week Activities • in-charge of registration and participated during the 3-day Lenten Recollection • Visita Iglesia • mobilization of biblical quotations • ushering of visitors • PYM had their own Visita Iglesia afterwards • Prusisyung Burul – carrying of the Youth Cross • Easter – egg-hunting and egg-painting contest

April 2008 • Appointment of New Officers • establishment of committees • Waste Exchange Program • in cooperation with SM Pampanga • an environment-friendly way to generate funds for the Youth • Formation of the Youth • with Mrs. Marilou Barotac as adviser • St. Dominic Youth Ministry • coordinate and unite the youth servers of St. Dominic with OLSPYM • Summer Archdiocesan Leaders Assembly (SALA) • 4 delegates • April 26 at the ASF Building • Summer Outing • April 28 at the All Seasons Resort, Telabastagan, CSFP

May 2008 Jun-Aug 2008 • VYM Planning • in preparation for the hosting of the upcoming Archdiocesan Youth Day • Cake Raffle • a fund-raising activity • KBS Vicariate Sportsfest • 25 participants • May 12-15, Calulut • Summer Youth Sportsfest • Juventus-SK Dolores tie-up • Theme: “Abot mo ba ang S.K.Y.?” (Sibol, Kabataan… Yaman ka!) • May 14 – 17 • May 22 – Youth Night and awarding ceremony • Sports: basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, chess, scrabble

Jun-Aug 2008 • VYM Meetings • on-going meetings with VDLR VYM in preparation for the hosting of the upcoming Archdiocesan Youth Day • Self-Image • a two-hour talk on self-image/peer and parent relationships headed by the Formation Youth Group (JaForms) • Preparations for: • Fiesta 2008 celebration • Archdiocesan Youth Cross Parish Visitation • AYD 2008

September 2008 • Fiesta Celebration • participation of the KBS, Juventus Chorale, and two Jr. ComLec members • Archdiocesan Youth Cross Parish Visitation(Krusada ning Kayanakan) • September 27 – October 4 • Taize • Holy Rosary • Basic Orientation on Youth Ministry • Praying the Holy Rosary • a discussion on how to pray the Holy Rosary headed by the Formation Youth Group • distribution of mission rosaries and booklets

October 2008 • Month of the Holy Rosary • Youth participation on October 30 • Archdiocesan Youth Day • October 25 at St. Vincent Ferrer Parish, Calulut, CSFP • sold youth pins as means of fund-raising in which the proceeds went to the share of the parish for the expenses of the activity • assisted in giving First Aid to those who were injured in the event • PPC Leadership Training • October 27-28 • participated in by the Parish Youth Leader Archie Gonzales

Nov-Dec 2008 • Annual Evaluation and Planning • overnight discussion and planning by the Juventus Youth Leaders for the activities for 2009 was held at King’s Royal (November 16-17) • Wish Upon a Christmas Tree • a fund-raising project of the PPC • Juventus was made in-charge of the mobilization of wish tags • Youth Christmas Party • December 30 • Ingenious Juventus Awards • medals and certificates were awarded to the members and organizations of the Youth Ministry who devoted their time and effort in serving God and fellow youth

Jan-Feb 2009 • 2nd Parish Youth Sportsfest • kick-off meeting • unlike last year, this is a stand-alone activity and only the active church servers are eligible to join • Youth Forum • integration with the monthly general assembly • Formation Modules • compilation of Formation seminars • Annual 2nd Collection • took effect even in the Sitio chapels and not just in the main Church • Newsletter 1st Issue Release • “You Venture, Juventus!” • official publication of OLSPYM • the first youth-oriented newsletter to be circulated in the parish level
