Labour Card Cancellation Application Form :- • A labour card cancellation application signed by both parties and stamped with the establishment's seal Conditions :- • Fees due for not issuing or renewing the labour card on time shall be paid • The establishment shall have an e-signature card Required Documents :- • A copy of the specimen and signature card • A copy of worker’s passport • A copy of the employment contract in case no signature is found in the passport

Labour Card Cancellation Steps :- • The application for cancelling a worker’s labour card shall be printed, and required documents shall be scanned at printing offices, service centers (Tas’heel), or through the establishments participating in the Ministry’s e-forms program • In case f fulfilling the conditions and documents, the transaction will be executed. The customer can obtain the approval notice and number by visiting the Ministry’s website www.mol.gov.ae/arabic/index.aspx • If there is something missing, the customer shall be notified thereof in order to be completed by following the above mentioned steps

Labour Card Cancellation (Outside the Country) Application Form :- • Application for cancelling a worker’s labour card who has been outside the country for more than 6 months Conditions :- • The worker’s residence visa shall be first cancelled by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners affairs • Fees due for not issuing or renewing the labour card on time shall be paid • The establishment shall have an e-signature card Required Documents :- • A copy of the specimen signature card

Labour Card Cancellation (Inside the Country) Application Form :- • Cancellation of a worker’s labour card (due to a contagious disease) • Cancellation of a deceased worker’s labour card Required Documents :- • A copy of the specimen signature card • The establishment shall have an e-signature card

Labour Card Cancellation (Inside the Country) Steps :- • The worker shall first cancel his/her residence visa in the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs or its affiliated centers • The application for cancelling a worker’s labour card having contagious disease / deceased shall be printed, and required documents shall be scanned at printing offices, service centers (tas’heel) or through the establishments participating in the Ministry e-forms program • In case of fulfilling the conditions and documents, the transaction will be executed. The customer can obtain the approval notice and number by visiting Ministry’s website www.mol.gov.ae/arabic/index.aspx • If there is something missing, the customer shall be notified thereof in order to be completed by following the above mentioned steps
