  2. SOLUTION 1: DISABLE FAST STARTUP • Step 1. First of all, you follow the step: Start button > Control Panel (View by Large icons) > Power Options. • Step 2. In the left side of the pane, you select Choose what the power button do. • Step 3. Then you select Change settings that are currently unavailable. • Step 4. Finally, you look for Turn on fast startup (recommended), then uncheck this option. And click Save changes to save and close.
