TFE Requests Pending Implementation Terminate functionality “Terminate Request” will be the only option available if the TFE Proposed Expiration Date is within 30 days TFE state will be automatically changed to “Terminated” if the Proposed Expiration Date has passed and the TFE Request has been Approved Covered assets Allow Entity to decrease the number of covered assets on the TFE form at any time without having to create an amendment The Entity will NOT be allowed to increase the number of covered assets without submitting an amendment
