  3. Crash Analysis • F=ma • Less mass results in less force • More impact time results in less force i.e. crumple zone • Flying Legos keep impact energy from damaging the light bulb.

  4. Solid • Heavy Weight • Bulb is secure and protected • Not a very good crumple zone

  5. Pillars • Light weight structure • Light bulb is not very protected • Can have a good crumple zone

  6. Fencing • Medium weight • Light bulb is fairly secure and protected • Not a very good crumple zone

  7. Stairs • If attached to the bottom or sides of structure can make a good crumple zone. • Can also make wings to create air drag.
