This project aims to enhance the strategic management and quality improvement of higher education institutions in Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia & Herzegovina by conducting graduate surveys and improving alumni services. It will provide evidence-based information on the links between study programs and employment, enabling better evaluation of higher education reforms and curricular changes.

CONGRAD – Overall objective CONGRAD will address the need of higher education institutions in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina to improve their institutional strategic management and self evaluation capacities by the establishment of a Graduate Contacts Collection System and the implementation of regular Graduate Surveys.
CONGRAD – Specific objectives Improving institutional self evaluation by collecting systematic and reliable information on the links between study programmes and subsequent employment of graduates Enabling an evidence-based strategic management discussion at the partner country HEIs Providing a general insight in country-specific conditions of the transition between higher education and the labour market Enabling an evidence-based evaluation of higher education reforms and curricular changes in the last decade

CONGRAD – Key activities CONGRAD Activities are divided in 8 work packages WP1 – Development of a systematic graduate contact data collection system at partner HEIs WP2 – Organisation of the initial Graduate Survey at partner HEIs WP3 – Data verification, data analysis, interpretation of findings and reporting WP4 – Strategic management enhancement based on the findings of the Graduate Survey WP5 – Quality control and monitoring WP6 – Dissemination WP7 – Exploitation WP8 – Management
