  5. Recommended Metrics Veterans Benefit Administration

  6. Recommended Metrics Veterans Health Administration

  7. Metrics for Negotiation of Permissive Subjects as Defined in 5 U.S.C. § 7106 (b)(1) • The teams are meeting this week and will be working with VACO – Labor Relations Staff to develop metrics specific to the project (See attachment).
