Reproduce Female Cheetahs reach breeding age at 21 or 22 months of age. They can start to breed at anytime. But most of the time they do during the dry season so there cubs can be born during the wet season. Their length of pregnancy is 90 to 93 days or 3 months . Cheetahs litter size can vary up to 1 to 8 cubs . When cubs are born , they are born blind. They open up their eyes between 2 to 11 days. Mothers hide them in tall grass or bushes. Usually where they hide it changes every couple days. 5 to 6 weeks the cubs follow their mother around. Also they start eating prey that their mom catches . The cubs are ready to leave at 15 to 17 months after they learn to hunt.
Maintain a stable environment Cheetahs are warm blooded. They stay cool by bathing in the sun and stay warm by sleeping in tall grass. Cheetahs kind of do and kind of don’t like the hot weather. Why I say that, is if it is 80’ or under they are fine. But if it is 90’ or over they get irritated, because of their fur.

Made of Cells Cheetahs need cells to operate. If they didn’t have cells they would not exist. Cheetahs have, a nucleus, cytoplasm, cell membrane, ribosome and many other cells. All the cells have their own job. Some of cells carry oxygen such as the blood cells. The cells work in big groups.
