Woman Rate Status in Korea • High-ranking public officials • Women portion: now 4.4% => until 2005, goal is 10% • Economicaly active participation rate: 49.7% • OECD Nation’s Average: 78% • Employee rate in Public Enterprise: 10% • Government now try to increase this rate to 20% within 5 years • This rate is included in enterprise evaluation
