  4. 3-4 ornithologists • Helpers: • 100-150 schoolchildren and students from different cities (Saint-Petersburg, Moscow, Murmansk, Petrozavodsk, etc.) per year • Biology oriented groups with professional leader • Leader are scientists or biology teachers usually • Stable leaders

  5. Educational results: • About 5 000 young people had a field practice in the Reserve • About 100 PhD in different sciences • Distribution all around the world
