Yangzhou • Population: 4.6 million • It was an international city in the 14th century. The discovery of the 1342 tomb of Katarina Vilioni, member of an Italian trading family in Yangzhou, suggests the existence of a thriving Italian community in the city in the 14th century. • For more info, refer to Yangzhou .
Yangzhou University YZU is located in the Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province of China. It is a key comprehensive provincial university. The University was established in 1992 as a merger of 6 colleges: Teachers College of Yangzhou Agricultural College of Jiangsu Engineering College of Yangzhou Medical College of Yangzhou Water Conservancy Engineering College of Jiangsu Business School of Jiangsu.

Last year’s price • Taxi fare for every km is marked on the window pane, every km is ¥2.0. The initial fee is ¥10 for the first 3 kms. • From 11:00pm to 5:00am the fare is ¥3 for each kilometer and the initial fee is ¥13.0 for the first 3 kms. • Remember to ask for a receipt before you get out of the car and keep it for possible complaint or claim. If you leave something in a taxi and have a receipt you have a much higher chance of recovering it than otherwise.
