  2. Entil Introduction • Entil; a foundation of Zeytinoglu group, has been established in Eskisehir in 1964 with a production capability of grey (GG), and nodular (GGG) cast iron. With its’ new investment in 2010; Entil has reached 22,000 tons/year capacity and serves a wide industrial scope by producing pieces from 0,5 kg up to 20.000 Kg for Grey and 15.000 kg for nodular iron. • Entil is being a leading company in the production of cast iron products for the automotive, heavy truck, pumps, valve, fittings, rail way, heavy machine, and marine industry as well as wind energy, and other various industries for the global market. • In 1974 Entil started producing centrifugal casting roller mills and became the global market leader in the grinding rolls for the flour milling industry in a short time; now we are proud of being a leading company presenting grinding rolls produced by centrifugal casting method for the global food sector, and styropor-model body shaping mould casting for the global automotive industry. • Entil is being noted as a well know company in all sectors that seeks qualified casting. Beside the production of roller mill with its own brand, it produces automotive parts, valves and pumps, gear boxes, compressor bodies, brake systems, turbo charger and hydraulic parts for the domestic and global markets.

Entil Introduction • Additionally to all above, the company has recently started developing wind turbines parts for the global wind energy sector. • Moreover, Entil has the capability of supporting its partners’ R & D projects with its well trained stuff, up-to-date equipments and experience since 1964. • Since 1964 Entil is constantly looking for space in further developments in its lead times, quality and costs improvements, in order to keep its worldwide reputation as a foundry that supplies what is needed on time with the requested quality and market price to its stakeholders.

Overview of our technical capacity MOULDING LINES: • Line I ; SINTO Automatic Horizontal Flaskless Moulding Lines (FBO III)500x600x200/200 mm. • Line II : SINTO Automatic Horizontal Flaskless Moulding Lines (FBO III)500x600x200/200 mm. • Line III ; No bake moulding line with flask dimensions of 1400x1200x550/550 mm. • Line IV ; No bake moulding line with flask dimensions of 2000x1200x600/600 mm. • Line V :Hand moulding up to 20 tons. • Line VI : Centrifugal Casting either single or double layer, 3000 mm long -outer dia.of 150 – 600 SAND PREPATION: • 2 Eirich made mixers each 40 tons/hr • Omega made continuous mixer 60 tons/hr • 2 Omega made continuous mixer 20 tons/hr • Omega continuous mixer 5 tons/hr

Overview of our technical capacity CORE MAKING: • Omega made 120 lt. core shooting machine cold-box • Laempe 20lt core shooting machine cold box • Laempe 40lt core shooting machine cold box • Core shooter for Shell cores MELTING AND POURING UNITS: • Two inductotherm Dual Track 4 tons 500Hz 2000Kw • Two inductotherm Dual Track 2 tons 500Hz 1000Kw • Three Junker Triple Track 5 tons 250Hz 2400Kw

Overview of our technical capacity MACHINING: • Entil has a in-house machining facility that includes; CNC lathes, grinding machines and fluting machines to finish centrifugal casting products according to our customer drawings and specifications. CLEANING AND FETTLING SHOP: • 3 shot-blast machines with various capacities • Verious Stationary and mobile type grinding machines

  8. PROCESS CONTROL: • DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 • ISO/TS 16949:2009 • AD-2000 WO-TRD-100 • DNV Marine Certification • GL (German Llyod) for marine applications

Investment Plan • Four additional Double layer Centrifugal Casting machines 3000mm length and 1000mm diameter in order to widen the range of Centrifugal Casting: 50K Euro planned in 2013 • New infrastructure and moving the old foundry to its new place along with the fettling and cleaning shop: 3 million Euro in 2013/14 • High pressure moulding machine with flask dimensions of  1250x900x350/350 mm : 6 million Euro planned in 2014/15 along with new fully automatic melting and purring furnaces 1 million Euro; installed at the new foundry.
