Diversity is also a MUST, not a choice • As Society & World become more integrated, no one can remain as a "pure" person even in the finance world • Money is integrated from in our Society and from all around the world. • LIBOR for home financing! • Diverse people in the finance industry. • Korean American staff at BOA Ellicott City Branch • Purely domestic(?) firm?

  4. Fascinating diverse world of Finance • SUKUK (Islamic bonds) ~ Shari'ahcompliant • Microcredit (microloans to the very poor for entrepreneurship) ~ Nobel Peace Prize awarded to Muhammad Yunus • Domestic Emerging Markets (investing in minority businesses) ~ Nathan Chapman serving his time
