PROTECTIVE FACTORS • Use a designated driver • Eat before and during drinking • Alternate non-alcoholic with alcoholic drinks • Determine, in advance, not to exceed a set number of drinks • Keep track of how many drinks you have • Avoid drinking games • Have a friend let you know when you have had enough
