PPD vs. Quantiferon-TB Luetkemeyer AF, Charlebois ED, Flores LLAm J Respir Crit Care Med 2007;175:737-742 • Concordance between QFT and TST = 89.3% • Only 28% (8/29) had positive test results by both modalities. • TST-positive/QFT-negative = 5.1% • TST-negative/QFT-positive discordance in 5.6%.
