  2. Ingredientes • bacalhau • grão de bico • tomate • ovos • salsa • cebola • azeite • vinagre

  3. Preparação • Ponha o grão-de-bico de molho na véspera. Coza o grão e deixe arrefecer. • Depois de demolhado e cozido o bacalhau, limpe-o de peles e espinhas e desfie. • Numa tigela funda, junte o grão, o bacalhau desfiado e os restos dos elementos às tirinhas finas. • Tempere com azeite e vinagre, polvilhe com cebola e salsa picada e envolva tudo.
