  1. History & Physical • 84 yo male s/p open repair ruptured AAA 10 years ago with tube graft. Doing well until 6 mo ago when he developed small bowel obstruction. Taken to OR for exploration, and large pseudoaneurysm at aortic bifurcation found with small bowel adhered to graft. Intestinal bypass performed and patient recovered. No evidence of graft infection found. • PMH: HTN, moderate exercise tolerance • Exam: nontender pulsatile abdominal mass. Well healed scars

OR 5/12/05 • Distance from lowest renal to previous tube graft 20 mm • 30x16x155 bifurcated Talent device from left with 16mm AneuRx contralateral limb (due to length constraints) • AneuRx extender cuffs (bell-bottom) • R common iliac measurement=18 mm (22 aortic cuff used) • L common iliac measurement=22mm (24 aortic cuff used)
