Users may encounter this error during or after the payroll, or in conjunction with a software update. QuickBooks will not function well and prevent you from performing other tasks when this error pops up. Causes for this error can range from improper internet settings to not running your software correctly, and even problems if any digital certificates are missing on the computer.
