BASIC MOTION 1-4-1

CREASE MOTION As the ball moves around the perimeter, the 2 crease players will do high low cuts. When the ball is at top – The ball goes to M1, M2 will cut high and A2 will cut low A1 A1 A2 A3 M2 A2 M1 A3 M1 M2 M3 M3

CREASE MOTION As the ball goes to A1, M2 will low cuts to crease and A2 moves to other post on crease. When ball goes to A3, A2 cuts high and M2 cuts low to far pipe. A1 A1 A2 A3 M1 A3 M2 A2 M1 M2 M3 M3

PERIMETER MOTION After every 2 pass on the perimeter player will dodge. Start in 1-4-1 formation. As ball goes from M3 to M1 and then to A1. When A1 gets the ball he dodges to his right pushing A3 to top, M3 to the right and M1 to X. A1 A1 M1 A3 M1 A3 M3 M3

PERIMETER MOTION 2 Quick passes to M3 as the players are motioning around. They should end up in the second 1-4-1 picture M1 M1 A1 A1 M3 A3 M3 A3

FULL MOTION 2 quick pass to get ball to A1, Crease players will be making high/low cuts A1 dodges to the right, pushing perimeter players over one spot, crease players high/low cut to position. A1 A1 A3 M2 A2 M1 A3 M2 A2 M1 M3 M3
