  2. Background The open source software movement is change the face of software development across the world . It bring new dynamics in the industry and new challenges and opportunties both software vendors and end-users.

  3. General purpose • The general purpose of the study is to understand which kind of software consumers would like to use and what they expect for the future .

  4. Specific purpose • 1 To acknowledge the consumers attitudes about the NIC software including towards the quality . Services , price, product , place , promotion,etc. • 2 To determine consumers’ experience and lever of satisfaction NIC services. • 3 To determine what software consumers need • 4 To develop more clients and extend large market

  5. Resarch design • We are global provider of specialist software and services to the marketing. marker research and media research industries. The survey research design for paper questionnaires and forms .Including CAPI .CATI .WEB .and scanning survey. It lasts 10—20minute per individual.
