Newborn Screening Project Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) results progressive limb and trunk paralysis associated with muscle weakness and atrophy Increase the speed of sharing data for time-sensitive SMA via a secure data grid services Using introduce, grid grouper, dorian, training grid Status: On-going This project is supported by grant number 1KL2RR025763-01 NCRR Clinical and Translational Science Award

  6. SATScan on the cloud SATScan as and analytic grid service on the Nimbus Cloud. Reduced the total execution time of SATScan from 8896 seconds to 842 seconds Used Introduce to create and deploy analytic service Status: Completed

SAFTINet Enhance the capacity and capability of a safety net focused distributed Research network to conduct prospective comparative effectiveness research via a multi-setting, multi- state organization. Secure Federated Query Prototype using Introduce, dorian, grid grouper, training grid and TRIAD grid Status: On Going (3yrs) This project is supported by grant number R01HS019908 from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.
