  2. the ICZM process in Emilia-Romagna ICZM Institutional & technical boardsin 2002(2002/413/CE) Institutional Committee, government level 6 Regional Councillors, 4 Province Presidents, 14 Municipality Mayors Board of Directors - project management & integration Environment, Transport, Industry, Tourism, Spatial Planning, Agriculture 10 Working Groups(up to 200 experts, scientists & stakeholders) ICZM Guidelines adopted in January 2005by Emilia-Romagna Region Council act n. 645 2005-2006 all coastal Provincesacknowledgedthe Guidelines in their planning instruments First implementation (2006-2010) with a call for projects in several ICZM themes involving Provinces & Municipalities By end of 2008 the adoption of the Guidelines was extended to the 14 coastal Municipalities(urban & territorial planning tools) 17 Sep 2012, Portorož - III Workshop on Maritime Affairs in the Adriatic Ionian Macro-Region O.
