Cohesion FundMonitoring Committee CR 1164/94 Compliance with Article 8of the Financing Memorandum Art. 8.4 (a) Whereas the requirement of Art. 8.4 (a) is not a condition related to payment, formal confirmation of EC for its fulfillment is not expected. Art. 8.5 (a) Monitoring programme has been prepared as part of the Basic Design and will be further elaborated with the Detailed Design for Section 3 of the facility. Art. 8.5 (b) Measures for ensuring air quality are being taken. All other conditions under Article 8 of the FM are considered fulfilled, except for the unavailability of EBRD financing.
