  11. Hardware • CPUs: Pentium III processor (or equivalent) 450 MHZ • RAM: 1 GB of RAM (512 MB Minimum) • Storage: No MERGE-specific minimum requirement • Video card: 8MB, True Color, 1280 x 1024 resolution or greater

  12. Software • Operating System: Windows XP Professional or Greater. • Java Client: Java Runtime Environment v. 1.5 or later. Note that if no version of JRE is currently installed, JRE 1.6 (6.0) will be automatically installed when the Welcome Screen is first accessed. • Communications: TCP/IP stack • Web Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer v. 7 • Anti-Virus Software: Full-featured (i.e., “corporate” or “enterprise”) version of an industry standard anti-virus program
