Recent test with Meijer stores in Cincinnati show very positive customer approval yet a need to get a major packer on board for retail.

$50 - $70 per head Because of added value to the chuck The round work is so important. The new cuts will add an additional $20 – $30 per head which brings the total value added dollars to producers to $70 – 100/head .
Here’s the bottom line:
Right now the value to the producer is over $1.4B/year from the new clod cuts and this can increase to 2B a year when the chuck roll and round cuts kick in.
Because of added value to the chuck The round work is so important. The new cuts will add an additional $20 – $30 per head which brings the total value added dollars to producers to $70 – 100/head .
