  2. RIS authority files need to be configured • As a MARC formatted file. • With a Libraries Australia number in the 001. The number could be the current ANBD number or the one used in Kinetica. • Your Local System Authority Number in the 035. It should look like this example:035 ##$a(AuClM)476061.

  3. Australian Bibliographic Network Vocabulary Numbers Vocabulary Numbers from ABN can be used. • Send in a 035 field with prefix ‘abv’ 035 ##$aabv05864006

  4. What’s this number? Prefixes are important Is this number 035 ##$a3656755 a Local System Authority Number? A OCLC ARN number? An ABN Vocabulary Number?
