MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS • During our study of measurement, I have learned that there are two systems of measurement. • There is the customary system, which we use in the United States. • There is also another system called the metric system. That is the system that most of the world uses.
HOW DO I MEASURE? • In third grade, we have to learn about measuring length, weight, volume, and time. We have done many different activities, investigations, and games to help us understand how to measure.
Favorite Activities • I love to use the computer, so my favorite activity was going to the class blog site each day, and posting my comments. • I also loved all the games we got to play to practice our measuring skills.
