  2. Installing the eWifi app (This step requires internet access) ) 1. To install the eWifi client open the Google Play Store from your Android device, search for “eWifi“ and select install 1 Activating the eWifi App (This step requires internet access) Once you have installed the eWifi app, open the application, then select “Activate”. Enter the profile ID 19213 (To be used by all etisalat customers) Do not enter any PIN, leave blank Click on activate now 2 3

  3. Authenticating the username and password 1. After activating the eWifi application, select the setting icon 1 2. Select the ‘account Settings’ menu 2 3. Enter the username and password you received when you purchased an eWifi roaming plan, then click ‘Save’. *Please note that credentials are case sensitive 3

  4. Connect to an eWifi hotspot and commence internet usage (Ensure Wifi is turned ON and data while roaming is turned OFF) 1. Select the centre part of the dashboard to access the connection manager 2. Select the hotspot showing the eWifi logo 3.You are now connected and can now access the internet usage 1 3 2

  5. Find an eWifi hotspot(This step requires internet access) Another Way Of Finding eWifi Hotspot 1. Select the hotspot finder (note that you will need an internet connection) 2.Enter the postcode where you intend to travel to get the list of hotspot in that location 2 1 Filtering: Tapping on the filtering icon ( ) will allow users to filter their hotspot search by type, like hotels, restaurants, and airports.
