  3. The assignment: • How will you create a collage that describes you? • Your interests • Your hobbies • A person that you look up to • An important social issue that is important to you

  4. Advanced art collage • Use a variety of materials to construct your collage –the more materials the better • Look at the following examples for ideas • Sketch out some ideas & start finding materials that you can bring in to help in your creation of the collage

  5. Collage starter • Write the word COLLAGE • Write the definition of collage in your own words • On side 2 –how would you design/illustrate the word COLLAGE? • Add color/shading to the word/background -10-15 minutes • What is due tomorrow?

  6. Advanced art • Work on the collage- USE A VARIETY OF MATERIALS –BE NEAT –FILL THE ENTIRE SPACE –LAST DAY FOR COLLAGE • Assigned seats until 12:30 • Decide who will clean the floor –the floor was left a mess yesterday • Clean up at 12:50
