Why do we need it? • Career assessment for School and College students are a important resource. • They provide the students with essential information concerning their respective abilities and inclinations. • The particular lines of work available and which match well with a student's skills, aims and lifestyle.

  3. Features of Career Assessment • Career Assessment entails various questions that measure a student's COMPTENCE in various subjects assess originality, confidence, finances, people handling and management skills, physical handiwork and much more.

  4. Functions of career assessment • Various Career Assessments are used to gauge a student's QUANTITATIVE and QUALITATIVE aptitude, helping them identify where their strengths lie, and how those strengths correlate to different professions.
