  7. procedures • NORMAL OPERATING: come in a couple hours early make sure everything is ready (clean, restock, and make ice). Once open need to serve the customers and keep the store clean, after close clean again and make sure all of the days information is saved on the computer and USB flash drive. • BACK UP: daily information saved on the computer and flash drive then put on my personal computer. • FAILURE: put back up information that we will hopefully still have back on the computer.

  8. -CONCLUSION- MY BUSINESS PLAN IS TO OPEN AN ITALIAN ICE STORE ON THE BEACH IN LAGUNA BEACH, CALIFORNIA. WITH HOPEFULLY STEADY BUSINESS WITH EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER HAPPY AND HELPFUL EMPLOYEES WHO CARE ABOUT THE BUSINESS AS MUCH AS I DO. I WILL RUN MY BUSINESS LIKE ANYONE ELSE WOULD. I’LL MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS UP TO DATE AND SAVED ON COMPUTERS WITH NORMAL FAILURE AND BACK UP PLANS LIKE ANYONE ELSE WOULD. HOPEFULLY, I WILL HAVE A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS!
