  1. MY COUNTRY: how can we contribute to global innovation? I am from Iran (Ancient Persia). In Iran people are desperately waiting for the freedom on their own ways. This freedom have different aspects, for example to me this is being able to continue the major I love, art, for others it might be their political view to became reality. I choose to talk about my people and what they need in order to cope with other nations, Since my people are those who are Obsessed With Freedom.

  2. MY COUNTRY: how can we contribute to global innovation? Material used: Metal: Warsaw silver (the use of this silver for accessories is some thing we have in common with Afghanistan for hundreds of years) Chain: Half Persian chain (Even thought this chain is not seriously related to Persia I used this chain to show that this freedom is strongly attached to the lessons ancient history gave us) Gem stones: turquoise for clock’s margin (The best turquoises are found in my country this is some how our national gem stone)

  3. Obsessed With Freedom, Locket /Watch (Closed): I designed a dynamic locket/watch which can be used as a necklace. Detailed information about this design is presented in the following slides.

  4. u This is the back view of the locket/watch.

  5. v I considered half Persian chain (Showed on the presentation cover).

  6. w The side view of the locket/watch.

  7. x Front view of the locket/watch.

  8. y The dynamic section which is attached to the clock’s big handle and move as you will see in the following slides. The carved word means freedom in Persian.

  9. z Locket’s joint.

  10. Obsessed With Freedom, Locket /Watch (Open): This is the view which you’ll see when you open the locket.

  11. u This is a dynamic carved plate (the word carved here means freedom) that move up and down.

  12. v This is the handle which attach the plate to clock’s handle. The basic idea is that freedom is a matter of time.

  13. w This margin around the clock is made out of turquoise . It is basically decorative but I loved this decoration to be pure Persian.

  14. This is a simulation of what I had in mind when tried to design a dynamic locket/watch.

  15. Thank you for your attention…
