Kaohsiung and Hualien ESTPs Hualien Kaohsiung Eco-Park Locations • Location: Fonglin Industrial Park, Hualien County • Area: 22.01 ha • Condition of Site:Under planning • Status of ESTP: Scheduled to start construction in December 2003 • Location: Kangshan Penchuy Industrial Park, Kaohsiung County • Area: 40.11 ha • Condition of Site: Developed • Status of ESTP: Started investor application and review process in July 2003 13
