The Colour Palette To select the colour you’re working with, you use the Colour Palette. The Colour Palette is a part of the main Paint window, and looks like this:
You can draw straight lines … ... using the line tool
You can draw free-form lines … … using the pencil tool
You can draw an ellipse or a circle… … which you can fill using the fill tool ... using the oval tool
You can draw rectangles or squares … … which you can fill using the fill tool ... using the rectangle tool

To take out bits you don’t want you can … ... rub them off using the eraser. … click on Edit and then Undo or simply by holding down the Ctrl key and pressing the Z key. … start again completely by pressing Image and after Clear Image.
To insert a picture … 1.Select an area using the Rectangle Select tool. • On the Edit menu, click Paste From. • Specify the name of the bitmap file you want to insert. • Click Open.
To print … On the File menu click Print.
