  1. 1 Procedure for online Payment of MTNL Landline/Broadband Bills through Credit / Debit Card and Net-banking

  2. 2 Open browser & type www.mtnldelhi.in in the address bar Type www.mtnldelhi.in here

  3. 3 Click on paynow tab as shown below Click “Paynow” tab Here

  4. 4 Click on the service tab for which you want to pay online Click on service tab

  5. 5 On clicking for Landline/Broadband tab in previous window, the page shown below will open. Enter your Telephone number, CA number & Email ID as shown below . CA No. is available on your Telephone Bill. (8 –Digit) Enter Tel No., CA No. & Email PS: A valid Email id is required for acknowledgement of payment.

  6. 6 On successful verification, the next page will show Unpaid & Paid bills. To pay your unpaid bill, click on “Unpaid Bills” . Click Here to see unpaid bills

  7. 7 Payment can be made for particular unpaid bill by clicking on “Pay” link as shown below. Note 1: The user can view particular bill by clicking on “View Bill” link & same will open in PDF. Click Here to pay this unpaid bill Note 2: The user can also view STD/ISD details by clicking “ STD / ISD Details”.

  8. 8 Two options are available for making payments - “Pay through Credit/Debit Card” OR “Pay through Net Banking” . On selecting the respective option, you will be directed to Payment Gateway.

  9. 9 On completion of the transaction, the transaction details will be displayed as shown below. The e-receipt for the same will be available after two working days of making the payment. The e-receipt can be downloaded/ printed by procedure as described in next slides.

  10. 10 Type http://mtnldelhi.in/paynow.htm in the browser and click on payment “Payment E-receipt for Landline/ Broadband” tab as shown below. A new window will open as shown in next slide. Click here to print E-receipt

  11. 11 In the window displayed below click on the “View/Print Payment Confirmation” tab. Click here to print E-receipt

  12. 12 Enter Telephone number, CA number OR Payment Confirmation No. as shown below. The Payment Confirmation No. is same as Transaction No. as obtained in Slide No.-9.

  13. 13 For viewing/printing the E-receipt, click the desired receipt no. Click here to print desired E-receipt
