What is ADAM-4577/9? • Empower serial devices to access or be accessed in Ethernet independent of any O.S. • Serial devices handle data or commands from/to RS-232/422/485 over Ethernet. • Serial device communicate peer-to-peer without host PC over Ethernet. The Benefits of ADAM-4577/9 • Any computing platforms can access existing serial device through ADAM-4577/9 by Ethernet standard protocol and without special driver • Two serial devices can communicate with each other peer-to-peer without intermediate host PC • With ADAM-4579, one serial device can control other devices actively by applying current RS-232/422/485 AT commands
