Mission • Get Fit Kauai’s mission is to improve the quality of life of the residents and visitors of Kauai County to promote opportunities for physical activity and access to healthy foods. • The coalition has formed four taskforces to address their mission: (1) Access to Healthy Foods, (2) The Built Environment, (3) Safe Routes to Schools, and (4) Worksite Wellness.

  3. What is Worksite Wellness? • An organized, employer-sponsored program designed to support the employees as they adopt and sustain behaviors that reduce health risks, enhance personal effectiveness, and benefit the organizations bottom line.

  4. Poor Lifestyle Choices lead to Chronic Disease

Scoring is based on percentage of improvement within your own company. You are not competing against other companies.
