What is Club MAVS Club MAVS stands for Multicultural Awareness Visionary Scholars open to incoming and current 6th and 7th grade students with or without a known or specific heritage or culture celebrate and learn about different cultures, holidays, food, music, sports, languages and more! meet twice a month 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 3:45 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

  3. Club MAVS is YOU.... Much like the Student Government and the Environmental Club, CLUB MAVS will be a student-driven organization; Club MAVS officers and members will decide for the next school all club activities What would you like the Club to be? What would you like Club Mavs to do? How will Club Mavs make a difference?

  4. Whatcha' gon do Club MAVS.... Elect Officers Design Club MAVS shirts! Plan events of the month Plan fundraisers

  5. Officer Responsibilities.... PRESIDENT - responsible for the overall running of the club. Works with the club parent and teacher sponsor in setting the school year agenda, plans and coordinates social and fundraising events, club activities and service projects VICE PRESIDENT- supports and aides President TRESUARER - collects and tracks money SECERTARY- documents meeting minutes and sharing that information with membership. Reports club events and shares information to school newspaper, e-news, PTA and Administration HISTORIAN - documents club events with photographs
