Member Portal • Designed to provide EMC members with a single log-in interface to provide access to various FOC member related systems • Leveraging Juniper and SharePoint technology • One user-id and password for each EMC member • Single sign-on via SharePoint portal to the various systems the EMC member has access to (Member-Net, GSOC Data Portal, Various Association Sites, etc.)

Association SharePoint Site • Who will have access to the site? • The Association members only • What will we be able to do on the site? • Members will be able to view and/or contribute content • Who will administer the site? • The designated site administrator(s) • Will the association officers have administration rights to the site? • The association determines the access rights for all members

Association SharePoint Site • Whom do we contact if we need to grant access to the site? • The Family of Companies Help desk help@gasoc.com or 770-270-7300 • Whom do I contact if I have trouble logging into the system? • The FOC Help desk help@gasoc.com or 770-270-7300 • What if I accidently delete a document? • Version history has been enabled, deleting a document has been disabled

Association SharePoint Site • Can a deleted document be restored? • Not usually necessary due to version history. • What is the process for getting the site developed? • The FOC Shared Services IT SharePoint team will continue to work with the Association representatives to complete the SharePoint site template. Each additional Association site will be rolled out using the Technology Association site template. Each Association will add content to their sites as needed.

  6. Association SharePoint Site • When will the Association site be available? • Summer 2012. Each person registered for this meeting will be added to the site. An email will be sent when IDs are ready.
