  3. Longfellow Analysis • Read “The Tide Rises, The Tide Falls” (pg. 172) • Read “The Cross of Snow” (pg. 174) • Create a Venn Diagram to compare and contrast Longfellow’s poems. • Underneath your diagram, write a brief paragraph explaining how these two poems are “Romantic” poems.
