Why Skills Navigator? • Ports are major economic engines with a lot of direct and indirect employment.Logistical advantages of ports are an important location factor for businesses, but also the availability of a sufficient number of 'qualified' workers.In the border region, mismatch between labour supply and demand is a major bottleneck: many vacancies and at the same time many jobseekers.The region scores poorly in terms of digital skills, which are more and more often required in more and more different professions.Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator
