  8. What is DocuShare? DocuShare is a web-based document management system that lets you easily store, access, and share information in a secure and collaborative work environment. DocuShare also allows any user on any system to post and retrieve information in any format. Text, scanned images, video clips, Microsoft Office documents, sound files, executables, web links, bulletin boards, calendars and more can be managed over the Web, you don't even need to know HTML.

How to Get Started? • Designate an DocuShare Administrator for your department • Contact Mercy Health & Education to sign up for our on going scheduled DocuShare Training Course **Mandatory • Attend scheduled Training Session (bring real documents) • Join the Docushare Users Group (meets weekly on Thursday)
