  3. 5122. weapons or implements for escape • M-1 if: • provides weapons / tools / implements / to inmates in prison / secured hospital • M-1 if: • Inmate procures / makes / provides weapons / tools / implements in prison / secured hospital

  4. 5122. (con’t) • unlawfully: contrary to law • weapon: capable of lethal force / firearms / implements / other weapons • firearm: unloaded / unassembled com-ponents

  5. 5123. contraband • a) controlled substance brought into prison / secured mental facility F-2 (must serve minimum of 2 years) • a.2) possession of controlled substance by inmate F-2 • b) providing money to inmate M-3 • c) providing alcohol / medications to inmate M-1 • c.1) providing telecommunications devices to inmate M-1 • c.2) possession of telecommunications devices by inmate M-1
