  2. ABOUT US TWO-WHEELERS, NORMALLY, HAVE ALWAYS HAD A SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP WITH INDIAN CUSTOMERS. THE LITHIUM-ION BATTERY OR LEAD-ACID BATTERY IN YOUR ELECTRIC SCOOTY IS KNOWN AS A ‘FUEL TANK’. IT SUPPLIES THE ENERGY THAT IS CONSUMED BY THE DC MOTOR, LIGHTS, CONTROLLER, AND OTHER ACCESSORIES. YOU CAN BUY LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES FROM THE SUPERIOR LITHIUM BATTERY MANUFACTURER IN GHAZIABAD. If a vehicle cannot participate within the price scope of an internal combustion engine (ICE), nobody is going to buy it. Unless Electric Vehicles show outstanding benefits in terms of fuel savings and tax subsidies Indian auto buyers will be reluctant to spend money on Electric Vehicles. • The heat produced during fast charging due to renitent heating is often difficult to remove in a uniform and efficient manner, major to accelerated humiliations and safety concerns. Lead-acid or Lithium-ion batteries have to be designed in such a way that faster charging can be adopted without rough heat generation in two-wheeler batteries.

CHALLENGES FACED BY TWO WHEELER • Lithium Battery Life • The price of Li-ion batteries is costlier than Lead Acid batteries • A classic Lithium-ion battery manufacturer their battery that will be able to handle 300 to 500 charge/discharge cycles before reducing in capacity. This will add to the battery replacement cost. High-range two-wheeler lithium batteries generally last for 2-4 years. • Lithium-ion batteries are widely gaining popularity due to their enlarged energy density and high cell voltage. Lithium-ion-based battery technologies at their current price are two times more expensive than lead-acid battery technologies. Lithium-ion batteries will require to match the price and availability parameters to compete with lead-acid batteries.
