  3. Video Animation

  4. Multiple Wells What is the LRP Project ? The owners of the Liquid Rod Company LLC have developed artificial lifting technology capable of pumping multiple wells with one surface unit and can pump both vertical and horizontal wells without the use of sucker rods. Environmental Sensitivity Heat Exchange Confidential and Proprietary to LRP

  5. Design ElementsDown hole Unit • Close system of fluid • Return force • Back flush-filter system • Anti-gas locking system Confidential and Proprietary to LRP

  6. Design Elements • Deep well design • Packer to separate zones (optional) • Pressure relief valve (optional) • Stack downhole units 6 Confidential and Proprietary to LRP

  7. Design ElementsSurface Unit Water/Deep Well Pump • Uses: • Third world countries • Remove high volumes of water from gas wells • Solar and wind Confidential and Proprietary to LRP

  10. Liquid Rod Production Production flow from 5,000 feet Confidential and Proprietary to LRP

  11. Patents We have U.S patents awarded for this technology and International patents issued in South Africa. Other countries are in final review. Confidential and Proprietary to LRP

  12. Current Status • Initial Phase • Achieved proof of the concept and acceptable energy efficiencies. • Next Phase • Maximize the longevity by improving design flaws and mechanical failures in the field. Confidential and Proprietary to LRP

  13. Looking Ahead • It is believed that when the liquid rod pump is market ready it will immediately have uses in the horizontal well application. • Potential: • Capture a large percentage of horizontal artificial lift application • We believe this pump is less expensive, long lasting and more efficient • Working prototypes, test results, design improvements and other marketing data will be used to gain a large portion of the market • Begin development of the disposal & deep water well technology covered by the patents • After market share is established: • Continue developing the technology and patents protection to branch out into more conventional pumping applications Confidential and Proprietary to LRP

  14. Investment Opportunities • Liquid Rod has investment opportunities in the ongoing R&D efforts of the patent pending and awarded pump technologies which are currently being tested in Cochran Co. TX. • Future development activities include: • Design improvements • Test analysis • Material analysis • Support in preparing pump to a market and manufactured ready state Confidential and Proprietary to LRP
